Take a vacation .....Self Exclusion

- Cool-Off - This is a temporary exclusion and you can login once the duration of cool-off is over. The minimum duration is 3 days and the maximum is 30 days.
- Self-Exclusion - This is a long term exclusion and you can lock your account for a period of 1 year or 5 years. Note that we may not re-open your account in certain cases if this option was chosen.
Cool-Off / Self-Exclusion
- Any bets pending on your account will continue to stand and will be closed as any normal bet.
- You will not receive any promotional messages from us but you may still receive account or transaction specific communication.
