All funds requested for withdrawal are restricted separately and are not available for game play. If you wish to cancel the withdrawal, you can do so any time from the 'My Account' section until it is processed.
 
All withdrawal requests are subject to internal security verification and if there are no issues, the withdrawal request will be processed within 7 business days. Once the transaction is processed, it may take longer for the money to reach you depending on the withdrawal method chosen and the respective financial institutions.

Checks take the most time to be processed and to reach you. Besides, there is a possibility of postal delays or missing mails. If you don't get your check even after 15 days, contact our support team to cancel the check and re-request the withdrawal.
