Interac provides 3 ways of depositing and not all financial institutions support all 3 of them.
- Online: You are taken to your bank site and when you complete the transaction, the funds are immediately received in the gaming account.
- eTransfer: You need to add the beneficiary and send the transfer to Gigadat email address. Note, Gigadat is the payment processing company which helps us get funds from your bank. This can take up to 60 minutes to be credited in your gaming account.
- eTransfer Request Money: This too can take up to 60 minutes to be credited in your gaming account.
As of now, only RBC, TD Canada Trust and First Nations Bank of Canada support the Interac Online method. If you have an account with any of these institutions, then please use that to make a deposit and the transfer will be completed immediately. However, if you use any other financial institution, then please wait for up to 1 hour for the funds to be cleared and credited to your gaming account.
If you cancel the eTransfer request within 60 minutes, then your deposit transaction on Spreads.ca will expire and the funds will not be credited.
Interac allows higher deposit amounts to be processed but if your bank permits only eTransfers, then please make the deposit at least an hour before you want to use the funds and place your bets.
